Tropical Mountains began in 2012 as a small farm, 12 hours’ drive from Lima, Peru. Gisella Iriarte and Thomas Schwegler, from Peru and Switzerland, dreamed of organic and fair-trade coffee – traceable from the bean in the tropical highlands to the fragrant cup in your hands.
Gourmet coffees from around the world have since been added to our selection. And as Tropical Mountains grows, we continue to rely on our roots: organic cultivation, direct fair trade, and sustainable packaging.
B Corp Certified
Today we are a certified B Corporation and part of a global community of companies that meet high social and environmental standards. We are also a member of the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO), support local schools, and fund charitable projects.
