Shipping and delivery

1. Tropical Mountains usually ships orders on the next business day, at the latest on the second business day after sending the order confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, deliveries in Switzerland and Germany are made to the delivery address provided by the customer, normally within 2 to 3 working days. Deliveries to other EU countries may take longer. In case of any changes regarding the order, you will be informed by email within 5 working days.
