Tropical Mountains BRAZILEÑA: Kaffee mit Wirkung für Alem Brasil
Das Programm konzentriert sich auf vier Bereiche: ein Frühstücksprogramm für Kinder, Fußballschulen und Sportzentren als Prävention gegen Drogen, Kriminalität und Prostitution, Bildungskurse (Englisch, Informatik) sowie Lebensmittelhilfen für Familien in Not. Finanziert wird die Arbeit über Spenden und Patenschaften, unterstützt durch die Partnerorganisation ALENA e.V
Ziel des Projektes Alem Brasil ist es, dass Kinder und Jugendliche aus sozialschwachen Familien einen Weg aus dem Elend in eine bessere Zukunft finden.

The Story of Tropical Mountains
Tropical Mountains began in 2012 as a small coffee farm deep in the Peruvian highlands, 12 hours by car from Lima. Peru-born Gisella Iriarte and Swiss entrepreneur Thomas Schwegler shared a vision: coffee grown with care, complete transparency from origin to cup, and a company built on respect and responsibility.
Over time, we have expanded our range to include exceptional gourmet coffees from trusted partners around the world. And while Tropical Mountains continues to grow, we remain true to our roots: building long-term relationships throughout the entire supply chain and dedicating ourselves to producing outstanding coffee – with curiosity, care, and a commitment to sustainability.
Today, we are proud to be a certified B Corporation – part of a global movement that uses business as a force for good. We support local communities, improve education in coffee-growing regions, and fund meaningful, sustainable projects.
