What makes this product special:

The Caramel Sea Salt Organic Chocolate is based on a fine Swiss milk chocolate with a minimum of 39% cocoa content.

The handpicked cocoa beans come from the company's own farms in the Huayabamba Valley in Peru and are combined with Swiss organic milk. The chocolate is enhanced with golden caramel pieces and French sea salt from the Guérande region.
The ingredients for the Caramel Sea Salt are enriched by one of the best Swiss chocolatiers and crafted into the final form. The result is an exceptionally fine milk chocolate with delicate caramel notes and a salty sweetness.

Caramel Sea Salt Chocolate by Choba Choba

The cocoa mass for this dark chocolate is enriched with selected ingredients: raw sugar from Paraguay, cocoa butter from the Dominican Republic, Swiss whole milk powder, caramel pieces (5%), and sea salt (0.5%). All naturally from organic farming.

About Choba Choba

Choba Choba was founded in 2015 out of a passion for high-quality chocolate and social justice. The Swiss chocolate brand not only connects cocoa farmers and chocolate enthusiasts but also creates a sustainable value chain that extends from the bean to the bar. The unique journey of Choba Choba begins in the remote cocoa plantations in the Peruvian Huayabamba Valley, where each bean is grown with love and respect. In the form of exquisite chocolate creations that not only pamper the palate but also tell the stories and faces of the cocoa farmers, the journey ends with dedicated chocolate lovers.

The Story of Tropical Mountains

Tropical Mountains began in 2012 as a small coffee farm deep in the Peruvian highlands, 12 hours by car from Lima. Peru-born Gisella Iriarte and Swiss entrepreneur Thomas Schwegler shared a vision: coffee grown with care, complete transparency from origin to cup, and a company built on respect and responsibility.

Over time, we have expanded our range to include exceptional gourmet coffees from trusted partners around the world. And while Tropical Mountains continues to grow, we remain true to our roots: building long-term relationships throughout the entire supply chain and dedicating ourselves to producing outstanding coffee – with curiosity, care, and a commitment to sustainability.

Today, we are proud to be a certified B Corporation – part of a global movement that uses business as a force for good. We support local communities, improve education in coffee-growing regions, and fund meaningful, sustainable projects.

Respect Makes Coffee Taste Better

We show respect for people, coffee plants, and the planet. That’s why we offset all CO₂ emissions across our supply chain and continuously work to reduce our ecological footprint. Our family is growing – but our values remain the same.
