Tropical Mountains GIFT SET LATINO Coffee Capsules & Chocolate
We use only organically certified green coffee for our recyclable capsules – grown on our own farm or purchased directly and without intermediaries from coffee farmers in our network. This so-called community coffee ensures a fair and stable income for the farmers we work with.
The Pure Dark 71% Organic Chocolate from Choba Choba included in the gift set is a rich, dark chocolate with tempting aromas of citrus, blackcurrant, and black tea. It’s crafted in Switzerland using carefully selected cocoa beans from the company’s own farms in the Alto Huayabamba Valley, Peru.

Our coffee capsules are made from 100% natural materials – including the packaging. No aluminum, no plastic. The capsules and their wrapping are fully biodegradable, helping preserve natural resources.
Zero Waste
We take the idea of zero waste seriously. The 21-capsule containers can be refilled again and again using our Refill Bag, available in two sizes. The empty bags can be reused in many ways – or simply sent back to us for proper recycling.

The Story of Tropical Mountains
Tropical Mountains began in 2012 as a small coffee farm deep in the Peruvian highlands, 12 hours by car from Lima. Peru-born Gisella Iriarte and Swiss entrepreneur Thomas Schwegler shared a vision: coffee grown with care, complete transparency from origin to cup, and a company built on respect and responsibility.
Over time, we have expanded our range to include exceptional gourmet coffees from trusted partners around the world. And while Tropical Mountains continues to grow, we remain true to our roots: building long-term relationships throughout the entire supply chain and dedicating ourselves to producing outstanding coffee – with curiosity, care, and a commitment to sustainability.
Today, we are proud to be a certified B Corporation – part of a global movement that uses business as a force for good. We support local communities, improve education in coffee-growing regions, and fund meaningful, sustainable projects.
