What makes this product special:
This 100% Arabica, medium to dark roasted coffee makes no compromises on flavor. Fine chocolate, notes of hazelnut and spices, subtle fruitiness – it would be a crime not to notice this bouquet. You don’t have to pay protection money with MAFIOSO, but you can be sure: these beans come from our family farm and local farmers, are organically grown and fairly traded. We take a bit of pride in that – just a little.
Tropical Mountains MAFIOSO: Single Origin Coffee
For the MAFIOSO coffee, we exclusively use Arabica green coffee, which we cultivate on our own farm or that comes from farmers in the region. This so-called Community Coffee ensures that the local coffee farmers we work with have a good and fair livelihood.

The Story of Tropical Mountains
Tropical Mountains began in 2012 as a small coffee farm deep in the Peruvian highlands, 12 hours by car from Lima. Peru-born Gisella Iriarte and Swiss entrepreneur Thomas Schwegler shared a vision: coffee grown with care, complete transparency from origin to cup, and a company built on respect and responsibility.
